The harvest teammate that closes the loop from 'a win happened' to 'a published case study.' Watches the company brain — the Atlas Folder knowledge layer and the `nightly-reflection` journals — for flagged wins (results, milestones, before/after outcomes), shortlists the few worth telling, and drafts each by handing off to the `case-study` skill.
